Politique d’expédition

We ship all crates within within 1 to 3 working days after your order is placed. UK boxes are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch whilst International boxes typically arrive in 5-8 working days. All international packages are generally sent by DPD or DHL.

For subscriptions, your first box ships within 1-3 working days after purchase. Subsequent boxes are shipped between the 15th and 22th of each month. 

Will I have to pay import charges?

Unless otherwise stated, all boxes are dispatched from our warehouses in the UK and US, and may incur duty and other charges upon arrival in certain countries. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges.
