FAQs

When will my box arrive?

Your box ships within 1-3 working days. UK boxes are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2 working days of shipment whilst International boxes are sent via DPD/DHL and typically arrive in 5-8 working days. All orders come with tracking.

Is this a recurring subscription?

You have the choice to purchase our crates as a one-time box or on a monthly or bi-monthly subscription with the Premium crates. All subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month.

How do I cancel if I subscribe?

You can cancel anytime! Simply access your subscription account here to cancel.
